What is PREP?
PREP is an evidence-based marriage and relationship education programme backed by 40 years of research! PREP uses proven strategies derived from cognitive behavioural couples therapy and aims to share its research about commitment and relationship development. Through this course, we break down the science behind the important aspects of a successful marriage into recognisable principles and approaches for couples.
Designed to guide couples into maintaining healthily functioning relationships and preventing the development of serious issues, PREP teaches communication-oriented skills which can be practised within your own relationship. Furthermore, our trainers will conduct activity exercises for couples to practise new-found skills learned in our course.

Course Contents: Topics include communication, conflict management, commitment, friendship, sensuality, problem-solving among others. Skills and knowledge are taught through an assortment of methods, from lectures to hand-on exercises, role-playing and group discussions.
Who should attend? Suitable for all committed couples, especially the soon-to-weds and newly weds (up to 2 years).

Rebate is applicable to all soon-to-wed and newly wed couple(s) attending Marriage Preparation Programme for the first time. Either one of the spouses must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
